Overview

The LakeLands Trail State Park covers Jackson, Ingham, Livingston and Oakland Counties.  The Village of Stockbridge maintains the recreation trail through the Village and Stockbridge Township containing 4.25 miles, formlery the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company corridor. 

Permitted non-motorized uses of the trail: Hiking, bicycling, cross-country skiing, walking, jogging, and equestrian.

Motorized vehicles are not permitted on the recreational trail.

Public Notice
PUBLIC NOTICE:  Insecticide/Pesticide postings may be seen while using the LakeLands Trail State Park.  "The area through which they travel may subject them to exposure similar to that which they might experience riding/walking on an adjacent county road" (Master Plan).  To avoid exposure, please stay on the trail and avoid tresspassing on neighboring property including farms.
